We are specialised in the manufacture of plastic-body stack-up commutators for electric machines with capacities of up to 3 kW.

The high quality of these commutators, is assured by:

- the advanced technology;

- the highly-precise machining of component parts;

- the strict quality control at all production stages.

Specifications
- Trial speed:
commutators with reinforcement rings up to 45,000 rpm
commutators without reinforcement rings up to 38,000 rpm.
Dielectric parameters at 50 Hz:
1. Test by application of 500V during 1 s between bars;
2. Test by application of 5,000 V/during 1 s between bars and central bushing;
At the request of the customer the dielectric parameters can be made even stricter.

- Relative length difference between any two adjacent bars - not more than 0,003 mm for small-size commutators.

- Undercut insulation between bars.

Materials
We use only quality materials supplied with appropriate certificates:
- the commutator bars are made of electrical copper with 0,03 to 0,12 % admixture of silver, which assures high conductivity and hardness not less than 95. Brinel units (or 1/10 according to DIN 50351);
- the bar-to-bar insulation is made of micanite based on inhibited phlogopite;
- the central metal bushing can be custom-made of steel or nonferrous metal;
- the body is made by pressing of highly insulating materials. Mica- or glass-filled pressed materials can be used to order.
